Choice of 2 courses + fruit or dessert: 23 € per person (cover charge included), not shareable with other guests

STARTERS

– Zucchini bundle filled with smoked burrata cheese and saffron potato cream 12 €

– Bread roll filled with chicory, baked tomato and friggitelli peppers on broad bean cream 12 €

– Grilled aubergine parmigiana, mortadella and buffalo mozzarella on a datterini tomato sauce 12 €

– Platter of typical Apulian cold cuts and cheeses 15 €

– Sphere of creamed cod and bacon chips on cuttlefish ink sauce 15 €

FIRST COURSES

– Gnocchi pasta filled with ricotta and spinach, red datterino tartare, sage and drops of pecorino cheese 12 €

– “Masseria’s Carbonara” (tagliolini pasta with primitivo wine and mushroom white carbonara) 12 €

– Capunti pasta with saffron, zucchini, capocollo of Martina Franca ham and stracciatella cheese 12 €

– Burnt wheat orecchiette pasta, turnip cream, anchovy tomato and bread croutons 12 €

– Black marbled tortelli pasta filled with sea bass, topinambur and shallots on zucchini cream 15 €

SECOND COURSES

– Veal escalope, negroamaro wine reduction and chopped pistachios 12 €

– Lamb chops, red onion petals cooked in salt, mushrooms and thyme potatoes 12 €

– Sliced pork, toasted hazelnuts and “sporchie” (wild asparagus) with mint 14 €

– Fried cod bites, chicory sautéed in Lama San Giorgio extra virgin olive oil and sun-dried tomato on broad bean cream 15 €

On request it is possible to order the children’s menu at a cost of 12 € per children (reserved only for children under the age of 12) and not shareable with other guests:

– Pasta with tomato sauce or Pasta with pesto or Red Lasagna

– Fresh chicken cutlet with french fries
