Sustainability

Puglia has blessed us with a rich and generous land, and we are determined to give back the love we receive from it. The balance between man and nature is at the core of everything we do, guiding every decision we make.

ORGANIC FARMING

The land nurtures us, and we respect it in return. By practicing farming that promotes biodiversity and relies on the soil’s natural fertility, we steer clear of chemical products in our olive grooves. We are proud to list among our produce the extra virgin olive oil, certified organic by Bioagricert.

ENERGY FROM THE SUN

Our commitment to a greener future is evident in our 50 kW photovoltaic system, powering the Masseria for most of the day. And, with our thermal solar systems, the water flowing in our rooms is heated by solar energy, reducing our reliance on natural gas.

SUSTAINABLE MOBILITY

We embrace the future of mobility with a charging station for electric and hybrid plug-in vehicles, exclusively for our guests. For information and reservations, our reception is at your service.

DETAILS THAT MAKE A DIFFERENCE

In our bathrooms, reusable dispensers contain soap, shower gel, and shampoo with organic ingredients, reducing single-use plastic consumption. The thermal insulation of our Suites is made from natural cork, ensuring both comfort and respect for the environment.

RESPONSIBLE WASTE MANAGEMENT

We believe in a waste-free future. We are proud to be part of the Rutigliano community, among the leaders in Puglia for sustainable waste management.

CONSCIOUS CUISINE

Our restaurant celebrates nature by offering vegetarian options for both breakfast and dinner. Each dish is a tribute to the gifts of our land.

REUSE AND SAVE

We encourage our guests to reuse towels. A small gesture that makes a significant impact, considerably reducing water and energy consumption.

LOOKING TO THE FUTURE

Our sustainable vision doesn’t stop here. We are transitioning to digital solutions to reduce printed paper use and are planning further investments in solar energy and charging stations.
