Didonna Caffè is located on the ground floor of Palazzo Didonna, in the heart of Rutigliano, within a restored 19th-century olive mill: cross vaults in stone, a tufa counter, soft morning light falling low through the windows.
It embodies the same hospitality philosophy as the Masseria, reimagined for daily life. A thoughtfully curated coffee bar, breakfast, aperitifs. And intimate spaces that host presentations and small gatherings, while preserving the character of the place.
